Children's Leader who will work to create a greater awareness in the Festival community of the spiritual needs of children and provide an effective Festival Outreach tool for children to participate in the Festival process
Evangelism & Discipleship Leader who will encourage the spiritual grwoth and development of the congregation through involvement in  the Christian Life & Witness Course
Mobilization Leader who promotes and encourages men and women to participate in all Festival areas with special emphasis on the various Festival volunteer opportunities
Outreach Leader whose main goal is to give the congregation a vision for the vital and personal role they can play in the Festival

Operation Andrew
Operation Andrew is a simple, five step plan designed to help Christians reach out to people they know who need Jesus Christ. By participating in Operation Andrew, you can make a difference for Christ in your community.

Look Around
Look around where you live, work, or go to school. This is your mission field. List names of individuals you know who need Jesus Christ, whom you will proay for regularly.
Look Up
Look up because God changes people through prayer. Pray each day for those on your list, that God will give you opportunities to share His love with themk.
Look Out
Look out for ways to cultivate friendships with each person on your list. Spend time with them. An invitation to dinner or a sporting e vent will build friendshoops, which can open the way to talk about Christ.
Look Forward
Look forward to beginning to talk with each person on your list about attending the Festival with you. Choose a specific date, pray, and invite them.
Look After
Look after those who respond to Christ or even begin to show interest in the Gospel, for they need your encouragement. Continue to .ove and pray for those who do not respond.
