On September 21, the Lumber River Quartet will be joining us for our regular worship service at 11AM. Please make plans to attend for this special treat. After the service there will be a covered dish lunch hosted by the Providence Cooks. All in all it promises to be a joyful experience.

Lumber River is a group of men who in 1985 were called by God to share the message of Jesus Christ through the powerful medium of music. Glenn, Ronald, Greg, and Les have a commitment to the Lord to make Him first in our lives and at our venues. The groups southern gospel style, upbeat performances, and humor have been encouraging and a blessing to people all across the US and Canada. The group has sung in auditoriums, on radio and television, on gospel cruise ships, and in many, many churches across the land. It is Lumber River’s desire to see people come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. We have a verse from the Bible that is our motto. John 12:32 says, “And I, If I be lifted up from the Earth, will draw all men unto me.”  That is our goal, to lift Him up so that people may come to know Him as Savior!
