At the August 4, 2024 Administrative Board meeting, it was voted to formally start the discernment process for Providence to stay or leave the United Methodist Denomination. This action in no way obligated our congregation in any way. It is just the official opening step for the members of our congregation to look within ourselves to understand and eventually act upon the results of our prayerful discernment.

As documents or information are available they will be posted here. All questions asked of our Pastor or members of the Church Council and the answers will be posted on a Q&A page.
